Event Planning and Compliance
During summer 2008 CA was engaged by a concert promoter to advise on all aspects of licensing, safety and compliance at four outdoor concert sites. The work included preparing CAD plans of the sites, liaising with the Licensing Authorities and preparing premises licence applications, and producing risk assessments. On site CA provided personnel to monitor noise levels, and ensure compliance with all licence conditions.
Complete Event Production
CA won the Europeaen Commission tender to provide all production and site services for an outdoor stage in Hyde Park during summer 2008. For a fixed price we managed and procured the stage, sound, lighting and power systems, along with fencing, security personnel, and all other contractors.
Stage Production Management
CA oversaw the stage and backstage for the Diana Ross and UB40 concerts at Petworth during summer 2008. This involved supervising all contractors within the stage area, and liaising with artists and suppliers to ensure requirements were met
