CA are a Production Management Company - we provide management services and consultancy to our clients, but do not provide equipment, crew or plant ourselves. This leaves us free to manage procurement on your behalf, seeking out the best suppliers for the best price, delivering best value for the client.
Where a tender process is appropriate, we use an electronic request for quotation (eRFQ) form that specifies the services required and any particular standards or time frames that must be complied with. Once contractors have submitted their quotes, Purchase Orders are issued electronically.
Managing Suppliers
Event organisers have a legal duty to make sure contractors are competent, and that they have all necessary information to carry out their business safely. CA have the systems in place to ensure contractors are vetted, managed and informed.
All contractors complete a 'Health, Safety and Environmentl' form, and return it along with supporting documentation (insurance certificates, risk assessments etc) electronically. The documents are automatically made available to clients on the CA document management system.
The latest plans, site rules, schedules etc are all available to contractors via the document management system.
