We work in very different roles for each client. Sometimes we provide Site Management, sometimes Health and Safety Advice. Sometimes we manage the stage production, other times it's just licensing issues.
We have the experience and knowledge to fill any of these roles. What's important is what the client needs.
The key is outsourcing. Any event organiser or promoter will have strengths, the areas in which they have particular knowledge and experience, and want to cover in house. Usually there are also areas in which, on an event by event basis, they need additional help and advice.
CA do not operate in a fixed role. For each client we try to understand exactly what they need, and we write a brief to suit.
