At CA we aim to improve your event delivery through integrated management systems and meticulous safety procedures. Pre-event planning and preparation is key to the professional smooth running and safe delivery of an event. Based on ISO14001, ISO9001, and OHSAS18001, our systems provide tight controls on all communication and information dissemination.
At CA we realise the importance of integrated communication systems, especially in situations where many independent contractors and freelancers are involved in the same project. To ensure that the correct information is distributed and proper controls are in place, we demand specific information from all suppliers, and place specific responsibilities on them through the tendering and contracting process. Our enterprise content management system allows authorized online access to vital information, documents, plans and schedules. It tracks document versions, and allows notification of updates to all document subscribers, connecting our management team with contractors and freelancers, in a proactive attempt to improve communication.
In fact, we place such importance on the value of effective communication that we have even developed our own ‘electronic form’ system, allowing us to collect information from every contractor, trader and performer in an efficient, well-organised manner.
We also form part of the BS8901 stakeholder group and are consulted on writing new standards for sustainable event management systems. The BS8901 initiative is designed to limit the impact of events on the environment, substantially reducing carbon emissions and waste.
CA is not only dedicated to delivering the best possible event solution for our clients, but also committed to raising standards within the event industry. As members of the PSA we have worked with colleagues throughout the industry to implement industry wide initiatives in response to new legislation, guidelines and training opportunities.
